In 2022, I moved to Lander, Wyoming and started going to the Lander Art Center's pottery studio. I soaked up as much as I could from fellow potters and videos online, and after a couple of years I started teaching classes and managing the studio. In late 2025, I put together a studio of my own and began producing lines of dinnerware, drinkware, and vases.
Everyday objects are special to me. I grow attached to shirts I've worn, chairs I've sat in, and the cups I've drunk from. My hope is that my work will become those special objects for others. That connection between maker and user is what motivates me to create.
My work focuses on simple, clean lines and an inviting tactile sense from matte glazes or unglazed sections of pots.
